Every new challenge becomes a rewarding learning experience, and that feeling of accomplishment is incredibly motivating

I’ve been working as a DevOps engineer in Develeap for about a year. During this period, I’ve gotten to learn how to be a professional DevOps engineer but more importantly, I got to see how a good company functions. From the moment I stepped into the office, Develeap has been a home for me. My managers have been incredibly supportive, guiding me through every technical and personal challenge I’ve faced. They put the employees first in order to achieve the best and positive working environment. While Develeap allows you to work remotely most of the time, you’ll be surprised to find that a lot of people prefer meeting their friends at the office, including me.
